Taco of the Day: Taco de Pescado at Big Star

We’re kicking off a week of our favorite tacos with an oldie but a very goodie. If you are going for spice, order the papas con rajas. If you want a wallop of flavor, opt for the al pastor. But the taco de pescado takes the win at Big Star for excellent execution. Beer battered tilapia is deep fried until it is crispy on the outside and flakey on the inside. It is served on a tortilla with chipotle mayo, cabbage, cilantro and a side of lime. Enjoy it with a Tecate on the patio for the perfect summer snack.
