Shift Drink: Yardbird's John Kunkel On Going From Dishwasher to Restaurateur


John Kunkel is one of Miami's biggest restaurateurs. He owns fried chicken joint Yardbird (which is supposedly going to open an outpost in NYC), Thai hot spot Khong River House and just opened Swine Southern Table and Bar, but he didn't get there overnight. In fact, he started out as a dishwasher before making it big.
