Pop-Up Alert: For Lunch This Week, How About Airplane Food?

Food at city airports has traditionally come with a warning: avoid at all costs. But that's been changing with big-name chefs opening outposts at JFK and La Guardia. We've covered how the options at the revamped Terminal 4 in JFK (which is opening this month) will feature cuisine from Marcus Samuelsson and Shake Shack, and this week a pop-up in SoHo will let you taste some of the new sky-high cuisine.

The eatery, operated by Delta, will serve lunch selections and a few items created by chef Michelle Bernstein, who is behind much of the fare Delta’s International BusinessElite flights. The offerings are cheap (offerings will be sold for $4), and will be available from noon to 2 PM. The pop-up will be open from Wednesday through May 22 at 376 West Broadway.
