It’s the brainchild of Michael Frank, who co-owns the joint with his brother David Frank. His house specialty is the Meat Lovers Double Decker: on the bottom layer goes pepperoni, sausage, beef, bacon, ham and cheese, and after the slightly thinner top crust is laid over it, another dose of cheese and tomato sauce.
You can customize these to your heart’s content - for example the pie in the photo above has chicken, spinach, garlic and cheese - and even add extra topping to the final layer if you want. Better still, they’re available for either pick up or delivery (just allow an hour advance notice), and usually won’t top $18. How long do you think it'll take Pizza Hut to steal the idea?
