On the horizon for entrepreneurs turned restaurateur Bill and Giuliana Rancic are a new restaurant called RPM Steak as well as second RPM Italian in Las Vegas. Less headline grabbing, but still noteworthy, is the announcement of RPM Italian in Chicago’s new spring menu. Favorites such as agnolotti get a seasonal twist with the addition of sweet peas. Another new pasta option includes Burrata ravioli. Continuing with the carb-theme, Gorgonzola pizante joins the menu. A new entrée option is herb-roasted chicken with mushroom-herb butter, friend polenta and hen of the woods mushrooms. An interesting starter takes the form of a fried egg topped with thinly sliced speck, parmesan cheese and lemon zest. All the dishes are available now, but those who want to grab a table at the notoriously busy restaurant should look to dine during the week or at the bar.
