Well, someone had to do it. This nine-layer grilled cheese comes courtesy of the LA Times test kitchen, which shows you step by step how to build the behemoth. We didn't get through the whole slide show, but we imagine it went something like this: butter, bread, cheese, butter, bread, cheese, bacon, butter, bread, cheese... and so on.
