Last night’s torrential downpour soaked most of Chicago and resulted in the closure of several roads and business. The flooding spread to homes and buildings. Logan Square was hit particularly hard with water pooling around the boulevard. Neighborhood favorite, Lula Cafe, was forced to close for third time in fifteen years as a result of water gathering in the square. The flooding also hit nearby restaurant Reno. As the wet weather continues, no word on when either restaurant will reopen.
