Cleetus Friedman, former chef of City Provisions and new chef of Fountainhead, will debut his spring menu on Friday. The beer and whiskey-focused restaurant always served a food menu to match their impressive beverage selection. Now, it gets an extra dose of delicious thanks to the locally and seasonally focused chef. New menu items include slow cooked pork chili, smoked hummus with homemade everything bagel chips and Belly Fire chicken wings. Don’t forget about The Cleetus Burger. It is a half-pound burger topped with seven-year aged cheddar, BBQ sauce, bacon and fried onions on brioche. If that is not enough, it is served with old bay chips. Cheers to that!
