Phillies Season Brings Dollar Dogs and Discounted Drafts to Noir

Chef Marco DeCotiis may originally hail from Canada, but Noir owner Billie Motto is full-blooded Philadelphian, and she’s transformed her partner into a die-hard Phillies fan. Starting this week with the kickoff of Major League Baseball, the East Passyunk restaurant will offer “Montreal Dogs” for $1 each during every Phillies game.

DeCotiis puts all-beef Hebrew National franks in steamed potato rolls (up north they’re also known as “steamies”), then tops them with coleslaw, chopped onions, relish and yellow mustard. Pair the bites with dollar-off drafts and you’ll feel just like you’re at the ballpark, only with a much fuller wallet (267-319-1678).
