Look for dishes like spicy tuna-stuffed shishito peppers, grilled Hokkaido scallops with nori pesto butter, Jidori karaage with shiso balsamic ponzo, and beef tongue with daikon and shaved kelp. You'll swish Kurobuta pork, prime rib-eye, Wagyu beef and seafood in boiling pots of broth for shabu-shabu. At lunch, specials include cold tsukemen udon and brown-rice sushi.
Osawa opens for lunch Tuesday-Sunday, 11:30 AM-2:30 PM, and dinner, 5-9:30 PM (10 PM Friday and Saturday nights).
