Now Open: Goat Chelsea

Since it closed three months ago for refurbishment, locals have been eager to see what is in store for the 350-year-old site of the former Goat in Boots pub in Chelsea. The wait is now over, and yesterday, new owners Tim Cunliffe and Steve and Katia Manktelow re-opened the pub as Goat - a restaurant, cocktail bar and all-day lounge.

The three-story, 140-cover space serves New York-Italian food inspired by Soho House group's Pizza East. "I absolutely love what they do there at Pizza East," Steve Manktelow told Big Hospitality. "I love the design, the energy, the lighting and the food concept. And we want to do something similar down here in South West London, where I think there is a real gap in the market for it."
