Little Baby’s Ice Cream Opens in Cedar Park

The founders in front of the new shop
“This is a special time.” The tagline of Little Baby’s Ice Cream’s ultraviral video - in which a creepy-faced man made of ice cream appears to eat from his head with a spoon - is applicable now, especially for West Philly residents. Over the weekend (on 4/20), Pete Angevine, Martin Brown and Jeffrey Ziga opened their second storefront at 4903 Catherine Street in Cedar Park.

The Cedar Park Embassy, as the team calls it, will serve the same slate of desserts as the Fishtown original and the roving tricycles. Look for dips of housemade ice cream in “weird” flavors (chai snickerdoodle), vegan flavors (coconut tea), ice cream sandwiches and milkshakes.

The shop will be open 3-10 PM, Monday-Thursday, 3-11 PM, Friday, noon-11 PM, Saturday and noon-10 PM, Sunday.
