LA's Spring Dining Preview: 6 Restaurants to Get Excited About

We've already had so many fantastic newcomers hit the scene this year - the new A.O.C., Littlefork, Mozza's new sibling, Chi Spacca - and anticipated hot spots that opened just this month (i.e. Trois Mec, Paiche), it's hard to believe there's more. Here's what we're looking forward to this spring, from two new seafood spots to more ramen from a burgeoning Sawtelle king.


  1. I can't tell you how tired I am of "upscale/progressive/nouveau comfort food." Enough with the comfort food! That trend is played out.

    I want fresh, clean flavors with crisp vegetables and simple meats.

    1. Why can't comfort food be clean, crisp and simple? Sounds doable to me!
