Inside Seaglass Restaurant at The Exploratorium

San Francisco’s Embarcadero waterfront just got a little bit buzzier today with the opening of the new relocated Exploratorium and with it, its flagship restaurant, Seaglass. Make no mistake—this is no ordinary museum cafeteria. Headed up by Loretta Keller (Coco500), with assistance at the raw bar from venerated Japanese chef Sachio Kojima (former chef-owner of Kabuto), the ultra modern, sit-down venue located on the east end of the museum overlooking the Bay features a mid-priced menu of top-flight, creative locally sourced California fare inspired.
