Food Trust Pancake Breakfast Flips Into Headhouse Square Saturday

We’re just two weeks away from Headhouse Farmers’ Market opening day (May 5). This weekend you can get a preview of the scene under the outdoor shambles at The Food Trust’s annual pancake breakfast, set for 9 AM on Saturday, April 27.

Mitch and Jennifer Prensky of South Street’s Supper will serve griddle-cooked flapjacks with local maple syrup, seasonal local fruit and dairy-farm whipped cream. Expect many of the farmers who sell at the market to be in the crowd. You’re invited to bring the whole family - kids under five eat free and there are activities planned, including live music throughout the day ($30; tickets here).
