Fleming’s in Park Square is rolling out its Taste of the Season prix fixe menu - a two-course dinner meant to tease the taste buds with seasonal flavors. Case in point, the dinner starts with an oven roasted baby beets and whipped chèvre salad with lemon-pistachio scented arugula and fresh orange sections. It's followed by a cedar, orange and tea-smoked filet mignon with lemon-garlic butter, spring mushroom, toasted pine nut ragout and prosciutto-wrapped green beans. You can start your meal with the special Havana spice mojito ($9.95) and finish it off with a blueberry almond cream tartlet ($7.95), but the in-between? Spring goodness.
