Five-Course Wine Dinner Tonight at Olivia

Celebrate Tuesday with a five-course wine dinner tonight at chef James Holmes’ modern French restaurant. Robert Sinskey Vineyard wines from California are all organic and sustainable, and chef de cuisine Max Petty has prepared courses like poached oysters on brioche with melon, white soy and asparagus to match the Abraxas and Richardson Farms’ beef ribeye with a chiriboga gratin to pair with the “POV” red blend.
