First Look: Kopi Kopi Brings Indonesian Coffee to the West Village

Kopi Kopi is the Indonesian word for coffee, and it's also the name a of a new coffee shop that is opening next week in the West Village. The venue is located on West Third Street, and it showcases beans sourced from the mother country in a space that has a pressed tin, high ceiling, an upside-down chandelier, exposed brick walls and Indonesian artwork. In addition to the brews, the menu contains pastries, croissants and pies - the venue is currently putting the finishing touches on its coffee program and there are plans for an official ribbon cutting next Thursday, April 18 (68 W. 3rd St.; 212-777-0743).
