This week, the Whiskey Fest stumbles into town and brings whiskey week with it. Restaurants and bars across the city are pouring from their finest bottles including Bridge Bar that will offer 10 whiskies for $3.50 as well as special Manhattans, Old Fashioneds and signature cocktail, The Smoking Gun, for $6 (312-822-0100).
Paris Club welcomes a visiting chef from Wednesday through Friday. Chef Keisuke Matsushima runs L’Ecole de Nice in Nice, France. He joins executive chef Alex Ageneau to prepare a four-course dinner with wine pairings. The event begins each night at 6:30 PM with a cocktail reception before dinner. LeaderBar Drafthouse & Eatery celebrates its two-year anniversary with $4 craft beer specials, $4 Anchor Steams, $4 Double Cross Vodka cocktails, and $5 glasses of Seven Daughters wines. The bar recently came under new ownership and debuted a new menu and craft beer list (773-478-2337).

Green City Market has some friends in high places – places that serve burritos. For one day, all Chicagoland Chipotle location will donate proceeds up to $20,000 to the local farmers market.
