Boylston Street Fully Reopens to Pedestrians and Traffic

City Bar in the Lenox Hotel
As of 3 AM this morning, Boylston Street and Copley Square (which were formerly closed to pedestrians and residents) have reopened to traffic and pedestrians, according to the City of Boston website. Copley Square MBTA station has also reopened.

Solas and City Bar in the Lenox Hotel opened yesterday; and while many businesses, including restaurants and hotels, have reopened, some restaurants, such as Forum, that were damaged by the deadly marathon bombings of April 15, will take awhile to get back on their feet. Some staff in those places were injured. Our thoughts are still with the victims and those dealing with the aftermath.
