Book Now: Chef Michael Wignall Hosts 4-Day Pop-Up in Knightsbridge

Award-winning chef Michael Wignall from The Latymer in Surrey is coming to London next month to host a four-day pop-up at the Rib Room in Knightsbridge, from May 15-18. 

The eight-course tasting menu will include signature dishes such as hay-smoked trout with salt-baked beetroot and seaweed tea and suckling pig with braised swede and crackling.
