Bizarre Bites: Molecular Cocktails at The Bazaar

The Bazaar by José Andrés is one of the best-looking restaurants in Los Angeles, but it's not just the room that is visually stunning. The cocktails being served at the eatery's Bar Centro by head bartender Rob Floyd make use of liquid nitrogen, giant ice balls, cotton candy and more mad-scientist-worthy techniques.
