San Francisco is the adopted hometown for many, and even though the city has world-class cuisine, it's understandable when a craving for your hometown cuisine arises from time to time. Fortunately, it's never too hard to find a little taste of home in this city, wherever in the world that might be. 2. I love Wayfare Tavern, but that roll is too bready. To be authentic, need to have the top split rolls lightly toasted on each side. The cardboard holder would be a nice touch!
