When a city’s food scene skyrockets as fast as Austin’s has, there are bound to be a few growing pains. Yes, there are new openings every week and tons of chefs coming into their own here, but in some ways our town is still a little uneven. Here are 10 things that would balance it out, divided into two categories: neighborhoods and trends.
