Clint Rogers and the crew are back again for another Henri spirited dinner. This time, they welcome Sterling Field and the team from Carriage House for a cognac-themed cocktail dinner, and apparently it is in French. This video offers a behind the scenes peek at the menu that will include collaborative dishes with chef Mark Steuer alongside Henri's new executive chef Chris Gawronski. The video also shows off the bartenders’ language skills.
