Thomas Keller on Chicks and Peeps at Bouchon Bakery

What we woke up to today: Thomas Keller making hot cross buns, carrot cake muffins and sugary marshmallow eggs. Well, at Bouchon Bakery in Beverly Hills via our radio. Chef was on NPR's "Morning Edition" talking Easter sweets, all of which are available at the bakery now through the holiday. Here's the whole story, with recipes from the new Bouchon Bakery cookbook, but do yourself a favor and listen to it, if only to hear Keller say, "Peeps. Chicks. Chicks make Peeps. Peep peep peep peep!"
