The Publican Launches Food Drive to Run During Chef's Week

While most of Chicago is chowing down on bargain prix fixe dinners for Chef’s Week, The Publican will be hosting a food drive. In conjunction with the discounted meal, any guest who brings in a non-perishable item from March 18-24 will receive a choice of a complimentary beverage or pork rinds. Those dining during weekend brunch can still participate in the drive and receive a free pastry. Although its three-course chef’s week menu for $30 is only available between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30 PM from Monday through Friday, donations will be accepted all day. Proceeds benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
