There will be a lounge downstairs where patrons can enjoy the custom cocktail creations and the second floor dining room will dish out a menu of American fare by Chef Carmine Di Giovanni. Expect dishes like 35-day dry-aged lamb loin with curry goat cheese yogurt and diver scallops with salsify, morels and foie gras. Like the other restaurants, the rooms will be decorated with a rotating selection of artwork. The venue is having previews this week - stay tuned to 47 W. 8th Street for the opening next Wednesday.
