Like the first flower or the last snow, the annual reopening of
Scooter’s Frozen Custard proves that winter is indeed on the outs. The pop ’n’ pop shop in Chicago will begin serving their signature frozen custard and “concrete” combos at 2 PM. Opening flavors include chocolate peanut butter, minty moore, the turtle sundae and Boston shake. They also serve their regular menu of premium custard with various mix-ins as well as shakes, malts and sundaes until 10 PM.
