A brand new menu will be launched soon, featuring a new house-ground burger; housemade sausages; a chilled olive-tapenade-poached veal leg; a take on vitello tonnato; and a panna cotta with rhubarb-balsamic sauce.
The Lombard Street favorite is getting more than a new chef. A full facelift is planned for the space, and to let designer Ian Chapin do his thing, Pub & Kitchen will close briefly, from April 1-15. Regulars need not worry, the interior will remain familiar, but if Chapin’s work at the beautiful Fitler Dining Room is any indication, this redo will be a welcome change.
