Alla Spina is always off the hook, but this Monday's may get more trippy than previous months. It will definitely be just as delicious, since cult-favorite chef David Ansill is the guest host, bringing paella and more from Spanish tapas house Bar Ferdinand to North Broad.
Of course, Alla Spina chef Mike Deganis will cook up plenty of pig parts for attendees of the April 1 party, which starts at 10 PM and is free for anyone with a food biz pay stub. We hear discounted drinks will include Ommegang Hennepin on tap, plus Spanish-inflected sips like sangria and calimocho (aka kalimotxo, aka wine mixed with soda).
