In search of last-minute plans? Or a quick way to burn $100? Join the team at Carriage House for a five-course dinner paired with select wines from Domaine Charles Audoin. The meal begins with grilled oysters topped with crab froth, crab roe and chervil, and concludes with fresh beignets. Other courses in chef Mark Steuer’s Southern dinner include collard-wrapped pork shoulder and country-fried rabbit.
