Guisados, that's just rude. This amazing off-menu item, or at least a special today, looks utterly ridiculous, and we can't go get it right now. It's chorizo and we think a slab of blackened queso fundido, according to
one guess. Whatever it is, yes. Me want. Thank goodness there's
a second location in Echo Park. We must have it.
