Passover Tasting Menu at Meritage

If you were dreaming of a white Pesach, you’re in luck. Not only is it snowing (what?), there’s another gourmet Passover option that popped up. At Meritage in Rittenhouse, chef Anne Coll is devoting this week’s five-course tasting menu to the Seder.

The amuse plays the part of Beitzah, in this case a pickled and deviled quail egg. Follow that with a cod cake, matzoh ball soup, braised brisket from Painted Hills and an almond-apricot torte for dessert. The meal is just $39 per person, and reservations are recommended (215-985-1922).
