Nathan Volz Makes His Mark on 10 Arts With New Menu and Seating

Three months after Eric Ripert announced he was withdrawing from Ritz-Carlton’s signature restaurants, 10 Arts chef Nathan Volz is stepping up and putting his own mark on both the menu and atmosphere at the Broad Street restaurant. Instead of separate options for the lounge and dining room, seating has been merged and the same menu of shareable plates will be offered throughout.

Look for roasted Kennett Square mushrooms, housemade salumi and pickles, regionally-sourced ham, Blue Moon Acres vegetables and more on the American comfort food menu. The popular house-baked Philly pretzels are still available.

Part of what was the formal dining room will stay separate and be available for private events, but the main seating areas will all take on a relaxed, lounge feel, making it easier for locals to join hotel guests for a bite or a drink beneath the impressive marble dome of the former bank (215-523-8273).
