Matyson’s Gluten-Full Tasting Menu

Gluten-free dining is plenty trendy these days, and there are many restaurants in Philadelphia that can accommodate grain-averse eaters well. Chef Ben Puchowitz - whose Cheu Noodle Bar is set to launch any minute now - is taking things to the other extreme with this week’s “gluten-full” tasting menu at Matyson.

From porcini pappardelle to barley congee to banana bread pudding, the five-course prix-fixe meal at the Rittenhouse BYO is full of grains of all kinds. The $45 dinner is offered Monday-Thursday, and you can check out the full menu below (215-564-2925).
