Manresa Bread Project Debuts in South Bay

David Kinch’s acclaimed Los Gatos restaurant Manresa has spawned a new project. Avery Ruzika is spearheading Manresa Bread Project as head baker, which has so far made two South Bay appearances with loaves of sourdough rye and walnut bread as well as chocolate and cranberry pistachio brioches. Now carb lovers can check for a Manresa Bread Project fix every Sunday at the Campbell Farmers Market and follow it on Twitter for information about other one-off appearances.
