The team with an affinity for ampersands and a hotel above their restaurant, Longman & Eagle, is weeks away from opening their newest concept called Parson’s Chicken & Fish. Tasting Table editor Heather Sperling broke the news yesterday morning during a segment on Windy City Live. The restaurant will be located on the corner of Armitage and Humboldt.
Following this announcement, Time Out Chicago had word on the restaurant’s chef. Girl & the Goat, Lula Cafe and Nightwood alum Hunter Moore will bring elevated chicken and fish offerings with a "mix of coastal, comfort, soul and street-food influences." In addition to the chef, it also reported Max Wodol (North Pond and XOCO) is on board as general manager and beverage director.
