Live Fire Announces Chef Lineup, Tix Go On Sale

Tomorrow is a meat lover’s dream. We’ve already talked about the PaleoF(x) symposium that starts on Thursday, and now we hear that tickets for the Austin Food & Wine Alliance’s Live Fire event on April 25 at the Salt Lick will also go on sale. The yearly event features “sizzling proteins” from some of the best chefs in Austin as well as out of towners and a wide selection of wines, beers and spirits to wash all that meat down.

The alliance has just announced the chef lineup, which includes Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue, Rene Ortiz of La Condesa and Sway, Jesse Griffiths of the Dai Due Supper Club and Butcher Shop, Tatsu Aikawa of Ramen Tatsu-Ya , and Randy Rucker of Briar and Bramble in Houston, among many others.

We hear last year's event was“off the hoof,” so get your $75 tickets on Thursday here.
