You love good pizza, but don’t know how to make it. Well, you can learn on March 27 at the artisan pizza making class hosted by executive chef Pino Maffeo at Lucia Ristorante in Winchester. Learn what goes into making a perfect crust and experiment with different toppings. Both Maffeo and owner Donato Frattaroli will instruct (7-9 PM; $55 per person; 781-729-0515).
