Korean food in London is on the rise. The lesser-known Asian cuisine is tasty, nutritious, full of bold flavours and starting to get the attention it deserves.
Following the success of 2011's Kimchee restaurant in Holborn, a new concept, 'Kimchee to go,' will satisfy rushed diners looking for Korean flavours for breakfast, lunch and dinner while on the go. Expect traditional soft rice porridge, mix-your-own bibimbaps, salads, noodle soups and Korean 'sushi' kimbap rolls. The new takeaway only spot will open on the Strand on April 2 with a second branch opening on New Oxford Street on April 22. Lunchtime just got interesting.
