Is Sushi Really the Healthy Choice?

Bad news for dieters, it seems a sushi lunch is not as healthy as we once thought. Rachel Beller, author of Eat to Lose, Eat to Win told the Daily Mail that western sushi (in particular lunch time value packs) is not really all that nutritious - in fact with add on ingredients like mayonnaise and cream cheese it can actually make you fat.

Sushi rolls are the worst offenders. As tasty and popular as they are, a roll includes hardly any fish, the tiniest sliver of a vegetable or piece of avocado and is made up mostly of processed carbs (stodgy white rice).
