How to Try Ricardo Zarate's Paiche Before Anyone Else

Ricardo Zarate is really building up momentum for his forthcoming Peruvian izakaya, Paiche, which will bring pacu (a Peruvian fish) in all forms, plus lobster tanks, ceviche of every ilk, and a subtly oceanic design. The restaurant will officially debut on April 1, but Zarate and business partner Stephane Bombet (both of Picca and Mo-Chica) want you to dine before the doors officially open, but you have to win a "lottery" to get a spot.

To enter, simply email your name, party size, contact number and preferred dining time on March 29 to lottery@paiche.com. All info must be received by Tuesday, March 26, in order to be entered. Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by March 28. This is not a comped meal, however; regular menu prices will be attached to anything you order.
