Heirloom LA truck has served street-side lasagna cupcakes, seasonal berry trifle, tacos and other artisanal dishes in front of Silverlake Wine on Monday nights. And now, starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 26, the truck will park in front of its sibling Everson Royce in Pasadena. It's a big night to launch, too, with Maynard James Keenan (former Tool frontman) pouring his super small-production Caduceus Cellars and Merkin Vineyards wines at the shop ($20 per person; no reservations necessary).
The truck will have an array of handmade pastas like wild mushroom ravioli with braised beet greens and parmesan creme fraiche; ricotta cavatelli with sliced green beans, peas and arugula; or wild boar raviolis with sauteed sweet corn, kale and marjoram; garden salads; and butterscotch pot de creme for dessert (all priced a la carte). The tastings and truck menu will change every week from here on out. 5-8 PM (155 N. Raymond Ave.; 626-765-9334).
