Food Writer Dishes Debut at The Industry

Those of us who write about food get to taste a lot of it, but usually we’re at the mercy of (talented) chefs  as far as what dishes we cover. At The Industry in Pennsport - a pub dedicated to all things food biz - chef Pat Szoke decided to take pity on us, and asked eight Philly food scribes to work with him on a dish we'd personally adore.

We had a chance to sample the results over the weekend, and they were pretty darn tasty - though we know for a fact for our dish it was all thanks to chef Szoke’s skills. The dishes will roll out over the next three weeks, after which eaters in Philadelphia will get a chance to vote on a favorite, which will become a permanent menu addition.
