Dish of the Day: Duck Shepherd's Pie

There are a few hours left of National Pie Week and we have saved the best for last. Namely, this duck shepherd's pie at Balthazar - the new French-inspired bistro that arrived in Covent Garden via New York. The comforting, gravy-laced classic is made with juicy chunks of braised duck leg and topped with a thin layer of mashed potato.
