Claude's Kitchen Now Open in Parsons Green

It's not secret that quality is more important than quantity, which is why we're excited to hear that Claude Compton (Petersham Nurseries Cafe, Club Gascon) has launched his first restaurant in a small space above Amuse Bouche in Parsons Green with a focus on 100% sustainable and seasonal ingredients. 

The weekly changing menu at the 40-cover restaurant will encourage diners to try underused cuts of meat, sustainable fish and more unusual British ingredients that are the same quality as top restaurants but without the price tag. Expect dishes like free-range pork belly with quince puree, sweet potato mash, crackling and romanesco or wood pigeon with caramelised chicory as well as bar snacks served downstairs at Amuse Bouche.
