| Bill Brodsky knows his fish. |
There’s been a lot of hype and controversy around what is and isn’t sustainable seafood. On April 8,
City Landing chef and owner Bill Brodsky will present an evening of fine food, wine and conversation around that exact topic as part of the
New England Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Program. (You can talk about other stuff, too, but this is the gathering's focus.) The four-course dinner will be held at City Landing on the Waterfront and feature curried mussels, seared Arctic char and caramelized black cod (7 PM; $55 per person, $48 for aquarium members; 617-725-0305).
