Cochon Chef’s Dinner
The countdown to Cochon 555’s arrival in Chicago is officially on and with that come a series of piggy dinners. One of them will be held at Sepia. The Chef’s Course Dinner will take place on April 26 and includes guest chefs Stephanie Izard (Girl and the Goat and Little Goat), Rob Levitt (The Butcher & Larder); Patrick and Michael Sheerin (Trenchermen), Jason Vincent (Nightwood), Craig Bell (Sub-Zero and Wolf) as well as Cochon 555 founder Brady Lowe. Pastoral present their third annual artisan producer festival on April 27 at the Chicago French Market.
