|Putting final touches on the sign|
The long-awaited "urban steak bistro" by Chris Coombs and business partner Brian Piccini, Boston Chops, will hone its chops with staff training and friends and family this weekend then open to the public early to mid-week next week.
This is Coombs’ third restaurant. He owns and operates dbar in Dorchester and Deuxave in the Back Bay.
The opening was originally slated for February 5.
